When you join the waitlist we store the email address you submit, when you submitted it, and which page you submitted it from. When you use the product we store your account details, agent configuration, and the usage data shown in your dashboard.
How we use it
Waitlist emails are used only to tell you about DirectVoice availability. Product data is used to operate your voice agents and bill your plan. We do not sell your data.
Call handling
Calls answered by your agents are processed by our voice and telephony infrastructure providers to deliver the service.
